WHAT IS ROCK THE PICKLE 

In 2026, we’re turning up the heat in Muskoka once again — all for an incredible cause: the fight against melanoma.

​

And this year, we’re expanding the game. Alongside high-energy pickleball action, Rock the Pickle now welcomes those who prefer to Rock the Racquet, with tennis officially added to the tournament lineup. More players, more choice, more competition.

​

Team Format:
Teams will now choose to compete in either pickleball or tennis, creating two exciting tournament experiences under one incredible event. Whether you’re all about the fast-paced fun of pickleball or the classic intensity of tennis, there’s a place for your team at Rock the Pickle 2026.

​

Rock the Pickle isn’t just a tournament — it’s an experience. Expect thrilling matches, unforgettable celebrity moments, and an atmosphere buzzing with energy, purpose, and summer fun.

Rory Sabbatini

PGA Tour Pro

Rory Sabbatini is a world-renowned professional golfer and Olympic silver medalist who has enjoyed a highly successful career on the PGA Tour. Born in South Africa and later representing Slovakia internationally, Rory has earned multiple PGA Tour victories and competed in some of golf’s most prestigious tournaments, including The Masters, the U.S. Open, The Open Championship, and the PGA Championship.

Known for his fierce competitiveness, precision on the course, and charismatic personality, Rory has become a respected figure in the world of golf and a fan favourite among sports enthusiasts worldwide. In 2021, he captured international attention by winning a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games, delivering one of the standout performances of the tournament.

Lindsay Hamilton

TSN Anchor and Host

Lindsay Hamilton is a Canadian television host, sports broadcaster, and personality best known for her work with TSN, where she has covered some of the biggest moments in sports and entertainment. Recognized for her charisma, professionalism, and engaging on-screen presence, Lindsay has become a fan favourite across Canada.

Beyond broadcasting, Lindsay is known for her energetic personality, love of competition, and ability to connect with audiences both on and off camera. Whether she’s interviewing top athletes, hosting live events, or stepping onto the pickleball court, she brings passion, humour, and excitement everywhere she goes.

James Duthie

Sports Broadcasters and TSN Host

James Duthie is one of Canada’s most recognizable and respected sports broadcasters, best known as a longtime host on TSN. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has covered some of the biggest events in sports, including the Olympics, NHL, Grey Cup, Super Bowl, and World Junior Championships.

Known for his sharp interviewing style, quick wit, and natural on-air presence, James has become a fan favourite among Canadian sports audiences. In addition to his broadcasting career, he is also a bestselling author and a passionate supporter of charitable and community initiatives across Canada.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Register a team:

​

  • 2 players: Fundraise a minimum of $2,500* per team

  • 4 players (rotate): Fundraise a minimum of $4,000* per team

*all donations fully tax-receiptable.

​

Every team will play a minimum of 3 matches (20 minutes each) - plus playoffs if qualified.

Qualifying teams will receive incredible benefits:

​

• Company/Team Name mentioned in the program

• Tickets for tournament spectators

• Rock the Pickle Gala tickets

• Pickleball Tournament SWAG

• Complimentary food, beverages, and entertainment

EVERY TEAM THAT SECURES $20K IN FUNDRAISING OR SPONSORSHIP WILL DRAFT A CELEBRITY COACH

Tournament Structure

  • Doubles format

  • Round robin style of game play at a variety of cottages

  • Multiple games played - a minimum of 3 matches (20 minutes each) - plus playoffs if qualified.

  • Opportunity to have a celebrity coach - any team that secures $20k in fundraising or sponsorship.

  • Welcome and Intro

  • Round Robin Tournament 

  • Awesome courtside lunch - tailgate style

  • Celebrity matches

  • Post event cocktail

  • Rock the Pickle Gala - food, drinks and entertainment 

  • Raise the (Pickle Ball) paddle fundraiser

  • Silent and Live auctions
